Service Description

This is a class that welcomes all students from beginning through advanced levels of practice. Asanas are presented in stages or modified to accommodate all levels. All students will hone basic skills; beginners build an understanding of how to progress and intermediate students reinforce and refine actions necessary to advance their practice.
