Located in sunny Venice, the studio is a welcoming space, for small intimate yoga classes, surrounded by natural light and plants.

Prenatal Yoga
The classes aim to build strength and mobility, soothe the mind-body, and alleviate pregnancy symptoms such as pain in the lower back & pelvis, leg swelling, and more. All poses are safe for mother and baby, and prepare the body for labor. No prior yoga experience needed.
Up to 5 participants, $30 drop in


Private Class
whether you are recovering from injury, want to refine your practice or looking for a class custom made to your schedule and needs, the private class could be the right fit for you.
$120 drop in, $500 for 5 classes

About
Maya has been practicing yoga since 2010 and has completed over 2,000 hours of teacher training and body-related education. She is a certified Iyengar Yoga Level 1 teacher, bringing the precision, alignment, and therapeutic principles of the Iyengar method into her teaching.
She works with diverse populations, including beginners, athletes, prenatal, postpartum, and individuals recovering from injuries. Her classes combine postures, movement, breathing, and careful attention, fostering a connection with the body and cultivating a nurturing relationship with oneself.
