When you opt in by providing your mobile number through our Facebook/Meta lead forms, or website booking forms, you may receive SMS messages from Maya Sali Yoga about: responding to your inquiry, class and schedule information, booking or trial-class details, studio updates related to your request, and occasional follow-ups if we don’t hear back. Message content depends on what you asked for and how you interact with us.

2. Opt out
You can cancel SMS from this program at any time. Text “STOP” to the phone number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send you a text to confirm that you are unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS from this program unless you opt in again. To receive messages again, use the same sign-up method you used before (for example, our lead or contact form).
